Currywurst is a popular fast food dish in Germany that consists of a pork sausage that is grilled or pad fried until crispy, sliced, and served with a spiced ketchup sauce. The sausage in our foodhouse is a Bratwurst, with a very fine texture. The sauce is made by mixing ketchup with curry powder and other spices, such as paprika and chili powder. Our Currywurst will be served with a German bread roll.
