In the German Foodhouse you can choose between two dishes of roasted pork.
“Schweinebraten mit Sauerkraut” is a classic dish featuring tender pork roast served with tangy sauerkraut. The slow-roasted pork is flavorful and juicy, complemented by the zesty and sour notes of the fermented cabbage which all comes in a bread roll. Our Korean version of the dish consists of the classic Schweinebraten in a bun together with kimchi. There is a choice between plain kimchi and a spicy kimchi.
